After working through your requirements, we launch a recruitment campaign utilising job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and subscribed databases to source you a shortlist of suitable candidates. We interview and screen candidates for attitude, credibility, suitability, communication skills and match their career desires with your role.

From there, we facilitate a video call interview with you, so that you may select your preferred candidate. Once selected, we reference check and commence the offer process through to contract execution and ultimately, onboarding.

Staff Administration

Our team will manage the day-to-day requirements for your Team Member, including HR Administration, compliance, and for office-based staff, access to laptop, monitors, business grade internet and other work related accessories. Our offices provide board/training rooms, breakout areas, private call rooms, and we are located an easy walk to the Ayala Mall in Cebu’s Business Park.

We do not manage your Team Member’s output, and the daily tasks and communication are handled by yourself directly. Talk with us for advice on specific software, tools or communication methods that will help with the productivity management of your Team Member.

Payroll Assistance

We manage your Team Member’s pay, operating a weekly pay run, which is a rare advantage all of our staff are provided. We also manage all government mandated deductions/payments, additional benefit administration including Health, Psych, and Dental insurance cover, and we also promote the inclusion of above minimum leave allowances to match our clients’ conditions.

Utilising an online timesheet and payroll management system, our Clients have full access to monitor and approve daily timesheet variations, leave requests and other special amendments.
